Turnaround: Custom apparel is made to order. Production time begins after all design information and approvals have been received.

Custom Item Policy: Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error in your order.
